From customers: name, business name, email, phone, billing details (processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers), and support communications. From callers/message-senders whose interactions our Service handles: phone number, call recordings, transcripts, messages, and appointment details, which we process on behalf of our customers.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service; answer and route calls and messages; book appointments; process payments; provide support; and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.

3. AI Processing

Call audio, transcripts, and messages may be processed by third-party AI and telephony providers under contract to deliver the Service. These providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

4. Call Recording

Our Service may record and transcribe calls where a customer enables it. Customers are responsible for providing any legally required recording disclosures to their callers.

5. Data Retention and Security

We keep personal information as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, and we use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption in transit.

6. Your Rights
